The patient required a Home Health Aide around the clock and on Sunday, Sept. 29t 1991, your agency assigned a Ms. Kathy Smith client. Ms. Smith was there from 8am on Sunday to 9pm on Monday evening. Sept. 30, 1991.

The patient's mother was not prepared for the gravity of stress would experience in taking care of her terminally ill son, and depended heavily on our support and strength. She said that she was so thankful for Kathy. "She was a Godsend! I didn't know what and Kathy took her time with me and Gary (the patients signify other') and helped us through." "I will never forget her."

Ms. Smith clearly reflects the level of quality care we expect and have come to appreciate from your agency. Please extend our for a "job well done" to Ms. Smith and all of your staff.
