Home Care Provider Job Description - Colorado Springs

**YOU WILL RECEIVE A $25 GAS CARD TO REPORT TO AURORA, CO ONE TIME FOR ORIENTATION**
We are currently hiring for part-time (with the possibility of full-time) caregivers to include a live-in position as a Home Care Provider. This is not your permanent residence--you will go home on Saturday and return on Monday. Other positions include working various hours throughout the Denver Metropolitan Area; as well as the I-70 Corridor and Colorado Springs.
- No paperwork! All documentation is done electronically via the caresmartz360 system.
- These positions include performing activities of daily living for individuals that are homebound, elderly, and/or physically disabled. Must be familiar with Dementia; also positions for caregivers experienced in working with individuals (children & adults) with intellectual disabilities.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Long-lasting client/caregiver relationships. We take careful time and attention to match each of our caregivers with clients that we believe will be a perfect match for them.
Flexible schedules that best accommodate your needs, work as often as you want on a variety of assignments or based on your availability.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour (based on assignment). CNA's Welcome! Compensation will be disbursed via direct deposit.
COVID-19 considerations:
MUST have received 1st COVID-19 vaccine prior to employment; MUST ALSO receive 2nd dosage within 30-days of hire. Proof of vaccination required.
